Adani Enterprises (NSE:ADANIENT, BOM:512599) said its joint venture unit AdaniConneX has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, AdaniConneX Hyderabad Three, according to a Wednesday filing.

The new entity has a subscribed capital of 100,000 Indian rupees. It will undertake construction, development and operations of a data center, the filing said.

Adani Enterprises will indirectly hold 50% in the subsidiary through its 50:50 joint venture structure in AdaniConneX, it added.

Shares of Adani Enterprises rose over 1% in Thursday's trade.
