InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology (HKG:2577) is teaming up with AI technology giant NVIDIA to promote the large-scale implementation of the 800V direct current power architecture in AI data centers, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The architecture is designed to power future megawatt-scale computing infrastructure efficiently, and can support a 100x to 1000x increase in AI computing power.

The integration of the architecture with the gallium-nitride-on-silicon wafer manufacturer's GaN technology will result in AI data centers jumping to megawatts from kilowatts in the coming years.
